Fee is charged to Registered Clients on a session-to-session basis.
Refund of Fee will be made subject to terms and conditions as mentioned hereunder :
A refund can be claimed only for cancellation of a session by a registered Client, if a prior intimation by email has been sent, at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Refund will be made for cancellation of a session by the Counselor, due to an unforeseen event, with due intimation to the registered Client on phone / email.
Un-answered phone calls / No-Show for 15 minutes past the scheduled appointments will be charged and are neither eligible for refund nor can be rescheduled.
No refunds will be made on a running session or on sessions completed in the past.
Refund payments are made online and can take up to 4 weeks to be processed and completed. Once the cancellation & refund is generated, rescheduling of a session is not allowed.
Appointments can be rescheduled subject to the availability of slots without any change in fee. Requests for rescheduling of sessions should be made by email at least 2 days prior to the original appointment.
Registered Clients can cancel further appointments if they deem no longer necessary, or if they are not satisfied with the services. All requests for Cancellation & Refunds should be sent through email.
